Construction of concrete pattern sleeper retaining walls ranging from 200mm – 4.4m high. This job was built on the edge of an environmentally significant site. All material to the back of 4.4m high retaining walls was fill material, which required significant reinforcement.
Stringline was the sole contractor engaged to construct all of the retaining walls for this 1,300 home new subdivision located in Sunbury Victoria. Retaining walls range from 600mm high up to 3.6 metres high. http://rosenthal.com.au
This was a challenging retaining wall project as the wall was constructed from the top of the wall levels and there was not a straight line for more than 6m, nor was the retaining wall the same level for any long period of time.
